These terms govern your use of ManaForge. By accessing or using the app, you agree to them. Because ManaForge is in beta, the service and these terms may change over time.
By creating an account or using ManaForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ManaForge. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of the decks and content you create. By making content Public, you grant ManaForge a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content within the service so other users can view it. You can change a deck's visibility or delete it at any time.
Magic: The Gathering, its card names, artwork, and related marks are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. ManaForge is an independent, unofficial tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Card data and images are provided by Scryfall and combo data by Commander Spellbook, used in accordance with their respective terms. The ManaForge name, logo, and original software are owned by us.
ManaForge is offered as a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that your data will always be preserved. We recommend keeping your own backup of important decklists (for example, via Export).
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManaForge and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
You may stop using ManaForge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or its users.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
