ManaForge is a deck builder for Magic: The Gathering, focused on the Commander (EDH) format. You can build and organize decks, analyze their synergy and power level, playtest them solo, discover combos, and share them with the community.
Yes. ManaForge is currently in beta and free to use. Some areas marked Alpha are still under active development and may change.
You can browse public decks without an account, but you'll need to sign in to create, save, and manage your own decks, build a collection, or post to the community. You can sign in with Google or with an email and password.
ManaForge is built around Commander. The synergy engine, bracket rating, and Commander Wizard are all tuned for 100-card singleton decks. You can still build and store decks for other formats, but the smart analysis is optimized for Commander.
It's a deterministic score that estimates how well your cards work together with your commander. It looks at color identity, shared keywords and mechanics (counters, tokens, sacrifice, graveyard, etc.) and recurring themes in the deck. Higher means the deck is more focused around a coherent game plan.
The bracket is a quick read on a deck's power level, following the Commander bracket idea (roughly 1 = casual/precon up to 5 = cEDH). It helps you match a deck to the right pod so games feel balanced.
Three ways: hit New Deck to start from scratch, use the Commander Wizard for a guided setup (playstyle, colors, budget, theme, commander), or use Import to paste a decklist from text.
Yes. You can import a deck by pasting a text list, and export any deck back out to share it or move it to another tool. Look for the Import button in the header and Export on the deck page.
Each deck has a Playtest mode — a solo goldfishing playmat where you can draw opening hands, mulligan, and play out turns to see how the deck flows before sleeving it up in real life.
Card details, images, and prices come from Scryfall, and combo data comes from Commander Spellbook. ManaForge is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.
You control each deck's visibility. Private decks are visible only to you; Public decks can appear in the Tavern and be viewed via their link. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
